There is a certain, almost indefinable something that makes a film or television production work. Sure, you can budget, plan and schedule down to the nth detail to ensure it all goes smoothly - processes that should take place anyway as a matter of course.
But it's that certain something that really makes for a successful outcome.
I have a long background in film and television production across a broad range of countries and cultures - Australia, New Zealand, the US, the UK and Europe. I'm not saying I've seen it all, but I do know a thing or two about what it takes to get great stuff from a location (or any) shoot, and remain sane while doing it!
I would define that "certain something" as chemistry, personality, passion, responsibility - but most of all a relationship of trust.
Cherokee Films philosophy reflects my way of doing business - a personal and caring approach to bringing a production team together successfully, creatively, with good humour and within budget!
That's the certain something I bring to the table.
Filming in New Zealand offers a host of advantages and benefits that I would be delighted to tell you about in person. We can also discuss that Cherokee "certain something" while we're at it.
So call me.
